IS NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY HARM OR HELP ?

Obviously tough to conclude or can have a conditional conclusion but not to conclude is a best conclusion.

These are how the answers would be if someone is asked such question. We all are equally confused for the same. With rising fuel costs, concerns about global warming and the growing energy demand from the developing world all these are the reasonable reasons why one should approach the nuclear technology. For all the developed countries adequate energy is the basic necessity to live their life while for the developing countries energy is necessary to sustain their growth. Nuclear energy is the only option which can fulfill are immense energy requirement.

Well looking the best option it's not even that much better. On the name of energy nuclear technology is much more oriented as a weapon rather then energy generator more over most of the countries have either developed or imported nuclear technology for their security purpose which is making the entire world an unsecured place.

PAKISTAN DEMANDS EVIDENCES ON MUMBAI

Pakistan on Wednesday sought on India to provide evidences on Mumbai terror attacks. Pakistani officers said that they need concrete evidences to prosecute the suspects but they have not seen a sign of India providing its findings. Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said his government hasn't seen any information on the attack except for what has been reported by news media. That isn't sufficient for Pakistan to prosecute suspects, he said."India needs to provide concrete evidence for these investigations to move forward," Qureshi said. "We do not share evidence through the media. There are diplomatic channels for that."

Pakistan hasn't done anything except arresting few suspects and shuttered a charity that the U.N. recently branded as a front for Lashkar-e-Taiba.Government leaders have been reluctant to acknowledge any of the attackers were Pakistani, even though a major Pakistani newspaper carried an interview with a man in a Pakistani village who confirmed the surviving attacker was his son. Pak president Zaradari said,"investigations are ongoing and I would not jump to any conclusion'.

Recruitment by Indian banks and PSUs

For the foreign banks this might be the time for job cuts and cost cutting but Indian banks are doing exactly opposite to that by raising their men power.

All the Indian banks seem to be unaffected by the downturn and  lower sales volume as they all are very busy in recruiting young professionals. Many Indian banks and PSUs are on a hiring spree now a days as they are planning to add thousands of young professionals in their men power.

India's largest insurer LIC has decided to hire 45,000 out of that10,000 will be hired before March. Biggest lender of the country SBI will hire 25,000 professionals out of which 20,000 will be on a clerical posts and 5,000 will be for a supervisory posts. Some other nationalised banks like Bank Of Baroda , Indian Overseas Bank and Union Bank Of India are also planing to enhance their men power.

HOW MUCH SLOW THE ECONOMIC SLOW DOWN IS ?

Now a days we all are well aware of the current economic slow down , what the slow down is ? why it is and how much slow it is ? Let's try to understand it.

In a very simple term economic slow down means the pace with which economy was growing has reduced or might be the pace is negative. The main indicators  of such situation is bankruptcy of financial institutions like banks or money lending companies. Banks are the backbone for the economic growth of any country as they are the one who provides liquidity in the market. Due to instability of banks, liquidity has tightened and flow of money has stopped in other words money has been blocked which has created the credit crunch and this is the main reason why even big companies are finding it difficult to raise the funds.

Virtual money which in fact never existed has suddenly disappeared which is one of the main reasons why the slow down is getting more and more severe with the time. Many big corporate honcho's property is almost reduced by half while the fact is the that they have not lost any physical assets. Well viewing from this angel it seems that nobody has lost anything the slow down is all about rapid change of one's mental status.

Job cuts is one of the main indicator of slow down or recession. One of the reasons of these job cuts is an uncontrolled growth of all the sectors especially service sector. This resulted in an uncontrolled recruitement by big companies which is now unbearable for them.

Let's get agreed at the point that except loss of control on the growth this recession or slow down is more of the moral loss rather than materialistic loss and will get slow very soon.

India tops BRIC nations in real estate transparency

India tops BRIC nations in real estate transparency

There has been a steady rise in transparency levels in the Indian real estate sector. The improvement has been led by a range of factors including introduction of REITs (real estate investment trusts) and REMFs (real estate mutual funds), greater availability of market information, increased foreign investment, improved accounting standards and financial disclosure, the possible introduction of a real estate regulator and advances in the legal and regulatory environment, said global real estate consultancy firm Jones Lang LaSalle in its latest Real Estate Transparency Index report.

India ranks highest among BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) nations in the 'Listed Vehicles' parameter due to large numbers of listed real estate players that adhere to stringent guidelines laid down by Sebi. As per the firm's findings, differences in transparency levels between major metros and secondary and tertiary cities in India are remarkably narrow, particularly when measured against differences within China. The main differences among tier I, II and III cities are in the availability of market information and transparency of the transaction process.
It is expected that over the next decade, transparency in India will increase via introduction of sector regulators, professionalism and international best practices in real estate, the findings predicted. However, the report also pointed out that the greatest challenges for the sector include limited provision of high quality market information and investment performance indicators.

RESULTS OF STATE ELECTIONS

India's oldest party Congress has again proved its supremacy in Delhi and Rajasthan by retaining third term in Delhi and coming back in power in Rajasthan. While on the other side BJP has retained its power in MP and Jharkhand.

In Delhi, this was an opportunity for lost BJP and V.K. Malhotra to come back and challenge for Sheela Dixit to become a first lady occupying the CM seat for the third consecutive term. Here congress has one more time win the majority on a development agenda.

Rajasthan, where Vashundhara Raje was dreaming for second term again Congress has taken back the power after sitting in the opposition for five years. Even after reasonably good development of Rajasthan during her tenor the main reason for Raje's defeat is her inaccessibility of a common man and the Gurjars who where against her as she could not promise them what they wanted.

In Madhyapradesh where the so called anti-incummbency factor was an only hope for Congress to win the election did not work and Shivarajsinh Chauhan who sticked to his development agenda could convince a common man to give him a second chance. Chauhan who was considered as a weak leader has strengthened his party as well as his image and proved that an election can also be win without playing the cards of community or castism.
